We have expanded our machine park with a professional high-precision printer for creating products from carbon-nylon composites and ABS plastics from the renowned manufacturer Stratasys, specifically the Stratasys F 190 CR model. The reason for buying this printer is the expansion of production in the area of ​​more complex or more demanding shaped 3D parts, various preparations, gears and also their possible replacement for metal parts. This printer allows you to print one of the strongest and most chemically resistant materials, and that is Carbon nylon - FDM Nylon-CF 10. Thanks to this, in some parts, it will be possible to replace metal with a composite, which is used, for example, in aviation, because the parts are stronger and more stable against oxidation at a lower price per product in piece production. This printer has a patented air circulation in the working space, which minimizes the expansion of the material due to temperature changes and thanks to this we achieve.
