The controller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. We do not carry out automated individual decision-making or profiling.
1. Contact form
Through the contact form we process the data you voluntarily provide: name, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of the message. They are used solely for handling your enquiry and communicating with you. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
You have the right to object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest at (Art. 21 GDPR).
Messages from the form are delivered by e-mail (via SMTP) and stored for the necessary time (no more than 12 months), after which they are automatically removed. The form is protected against abuse by bots using the Cloudflare Turnstile service — invisible verification without tracking cookies (legitimate interest in security, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); the processing is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
2. Retention period
We keep the data from the form only for the time necessary to handle the enquiry and the related communication (no more than 12 months). If no further relationship arises from the enquiry, we delete the data.
3. Recipients of the data
The website is operated and technically maintained by Tatra Business Digital s.r.o. (the LimeWeb service) as a processor under a contract. The infrastructure runs within the LimeWeb service: hosting Hetzner (Germany, EU), mailboxes and e-mail delivery Migadu (Switzerland — a country with a Commission adequacy decision), form protection Cloudflare Turnstile (EU/USA — EU–US Data Privacy Framework). The Better Stack service is used for monitoring and stability of the website (operational logs, EU region). We do not provide the data to other third parties for marketing purposes beyond what is stated below.
4. Cookies, analytics and marketing
The website uses necessary cookies (operation and security). Other cookies are stored only after your consent given in the cookie bar; for Google tools Google Consent Mode v2 applies. If analytical or marketing tools are deployed on the website (e.g. Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Meta/Facebook Pixel or Google Ads), they process data only with consent; processors in the USA transfer data on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses (SCC). 5. Your rights
You have the right to access the data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, to object to processing (especially in the case of legitimate interest), to data portability and to withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent) — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
